Construction companies in Port Angeles are in a precarious position.
Their contracts with the state are in flux, and some are scrambling to get the paperwork ready before contracts are signed.
But there’s a lot of uncertainty.
The state is set to open up the contract market for contractors in the next month, and the next few months are crucial for many of them.
In the next three months, the state will also set a cap on how many contracts can be awarded at a given time.
That means companies with multiple contracts will have to submit their paperwork sooner or later.
That means construction companies will have less time to prepare and get ready for their contracts.
This can be an extremely costly process, especially if they’re looking for more than a few thousand dollars in work to complete their project.
The uncertainty can be devastating.
The state says it is “confident that it will be able to provide an adequate supply of qualified construction contractors in a timely manner” for those in need.
But for many contractors, it’s an entirely different story.
The most common reason for contracting a contract with the company isn’t really a reason to sign up for a contract, but to avoid a liability claim.
This is because the company is already paying out in compensation to a subcontractor, and is also paying for any and all work done by the subcontractor in the construction of the project.
That’s not the case with a construction company.
While that is a valid reason to contract, there’s no guarantee that the contractor will pay out compensation to the state in full if the work they’re doing is not completed on time.
And even if the company does pay out in full, it can be hard to track down a company that has not completed all the work it’s contracted out for.
To get a sense of how much a company may be paying in compensation, we took a look at how much companies actually received in contracts from the state.
To see how much the state was paying out, we compared the amount that construction companies received from the Oregon Department of Labor to the amount the state paid out in contracts to those companies.
We then used this data to calculate what an average contractor actually made in compensation.
The average contractor received $4,934 in total compensation in fiscal year 2016.
That is about $3,846 per worker per year, or $11,534 per year.
But if you factor in the additional $1,734 paid to subcontractors, the total comes out to $11.6 million, or more than $5,000 per worker.
For contractors that are still in the process of getting a contract from the Department of Workforce Development, it means that the total amount paid out to contractors could be even higher.
The State of Oregon estimated that contractors were making $3.9 million per year in total payments to contractors, or about $9.7 million in compensation for contractors, depending on the amount of work that the state contracted out.
In 2017, that number is projected to increase to about $13.3 million, $15.1 million in total and $16.7,000 in total in total contractor compensation.
So what’s a contractor to do?
As with any business, there are some things that you should know before you get into the contract process.
First and foremost, be aware of the contract you’re about to sign.
This could mean that you’ll have to negotiate with the contractor before you can sign it.
The contracts are supposed to be for an amount of time that is equal to the length of the work the company will do.
This means that if you are contracting with a company for more work than what the state has set as the amount they can do, you should contact the company before you sign the contract.
If you do not, you could end up with a costly contract that you will not be able get out of.
Second, when you sign a contract it should be with a signed contract.
The best way to avoid this is to get an “expedited” contract from your state.
This should be done before you have a contract.
This ensures that you are getting all of the necessary information and will give you the best chance to get a contract done.
Third, it is important to keep your communication with the employer in the form of a written contract.
That way, you are not left with the impression that the employer is paying you less because you are using a contractor instead of a full-time employee.
It’s important to know your rights and responsibilities as a contractor.
Fourth, the contract should not contain a clause that says that you have to work with the same contractor that the company has hired.
This does not mean that the contract is invalid.
In fact, it indicates that the agreement is not binding on you.
Finally, always check with your employer before signing any contract.
It can be a lot easier to negotiate a contract if you have your contract in writing.
