A labor day that’s a labor day, a Labor day that happens to be Labor Day.
We get to the point now, when we’re talking about a labor contract.
What that means is that if you have a contract with the city or the state or the federal government, that’s the contract that you have with them, and they are supposed to honor it.
That’s the deal.
They have to honor the contract, but they can do whatever they want with it.
But if they do something that is contrary to the agreement, they have to be sued.
That means that you can’t have an argument about whether or not you have an agreement with the government.
It’s against the law.
So you’re not allowed to have an event, or a parade, or something like that.
But you can have a celebration of your union, or of your labor, that goes against the agreement.
If you have to have a parade or a celebration in a city where you have contract workers, you can still have that.
That would be a different situation, I think, than a contract worker.
And if you do a union rally, and then you have someone come into your union office and threaten you with arrest for exercising your rights, that would be an even more serious situation than a labor worker.
But that’s how we are going to be approaching this in the future.
What a labor Day is, is a labor agreement.
You sign a contract that is a contract.
The city, the state, and the federal governments are supposed and expected to honor that.
They’re not supposed to be in the business of breaking it.
They don’t have the authority to break it.
The state and the feds are supposed not to be breaking it, but there are cases where they are breaking it because they have a contractual obligation to do so.
And so, you know, if you go to a union meeting, and someone says, Well, I’m going to go and do a demonstration, because it’s a contract, and you’re going to have to pay the city a fee, or some other amount, then you know there’s something that you’re doing that is against the contract.
You have to go through the courts.
You can’t just say, Well this is the law, and I’m doing what I’m supposed to do.
But I’m also breaking my agreement.
I have to fight this, and that’s why we’re having these hearings.
That is how we’re going about it.
We’re going into the courts, and we’re trying to get those cases dismissed.
We want to see what the law is, because that’s what this is about, is not just a contract between two parties.
It is about a worker being paid the right to organize, to speak up, to organize in a fair manner.
And we have to keep fighting this, because we’re not going to let this go.
